No refunds, store credit only! NO EXCEPTIONS!

o WE DO NOT COVER SHIPPING ITEMS BACK TO US. 
o To return items you can simply mail the item(s) to our Office within 5 business
days from the receipt of your order. Please include Your Order Number, And
Name and ship to:

If you fail to include the above requested information your return will not be approved.

*Once your package is ready please contact us (via our contact page on our website) for the return address. Please send us tracking information once the package has been sent off, in order to process your refund in a timely manner. We can't wait to fix your order and get you you perfect look!

o Please allow 5-10 business days to process any returns. We do not exchange
items. We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the
package and provide us with the tracking number once shipped. Store Credits
will be issue via email. We will not be responsible for any lost packages. All returns will receive Store Credit ONLY, which can be used for a future purchase. 
o Store Credit Returned packages will only be eligible for a Store Credit if they
meet the following criteria: 
o  All return packages must be posted out within 5 days from date of receipt
o  All items must have the original tags attached
o  All items must be in good, unworn condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.
o  Swimsuits & Undergarments, Bodysuits can NOT be returned
o  Any items in the Sale Category, Bags, Accessories CANNOT BE RETURNED
o There will be no refunds by cash or debit Back to any Credit or Debit Card.
o  Absolutely no refunds will be given
o All original shipping fees are Nonrefundable.
o A restocking fee will be applied to any orders returned due to "Insufficient
address" or "un-deliverable address".
o However, if you provided the wrong shipping adder you will be responsible for
paying shipping again.
o You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package
is processed. Store Credit will be issue within 24-48 Hours.
o Any defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not
within that time frame you will not receive a store credit. If you have received
an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your
package.
